「Five Star Experience」
+The location was amazing. A beautiful view of the sea and a short walk to town. The staff worked very hard to make our stay very pleasant. Would highly recommend.

+I cannot say enough good things about Syrou Melathron. Friendly staff, gorgeous views, comfortable rooms, excellent breakfast!! Stunning views from the balcony while eating breakfast. We had a balcony room with equally beautiful views. Easy walk into town, to cafes, restaurants, and shopping. We loved roaming the streets in the evening after dinner.
−Absolutely nothing to report of a dislike. Good information to have; there is a free public bus available from the ferry that you can take that drops you off across the street from the hotel (we did not know about it). I highly recommend it on the way up. Much easier going down to the ferry with the luggage. :)

「I loved everything about Syros and this hotel.」
+The most amazing location, right across from the water. We just walked across the road and down to the water. Amazing. Breakfast is up on the top floor, giving a beautiful place to sit and start the day. Lovely, friendly, helpful staff.

「Lovely stay.」
+Lovely location. Great view from our patio. Roof top garden breakfast was nice. Rooms were small but great character and decor. Beds and pillows were comfortable.
−Would have enjoyed more than an espresso on the deck in the morning.

「Von außen ein schönes Hotel, von innen eher langweilig, bisschen enttäuschend für das Geld.」
+Das Frühstück war völlig in Ordnung. Man konnte einzelne Bausteine zusammenstellen, das war ganz schön. Die Lage war kaum zu toppen im wunderschönen Altstadtviertel Vaporia
−Im Hotel war keine Atmosphäre. Der wunderschöne Empfangsraum glich einem Museum, wo sich niemand aufhielt. Die Zimmer waren in die Jahre gekommen, hätte man besser machen können.

「Once in Vaporia, Syrou Melanthron is the choice.」
+Ήταν όλα υπέροχα. Αυτό όμως που απογειώνει τις άρτιες παροχές είναι το ευγενέστατο προσωπικό από το πρωϊνο, έως τη ρεσεψιόν. Ο επαγγελματισμός λένε πως φαίνεται κατά τη διαχείριση ιδιαίτερων καταστάσεων, και αυτό ήταν κάτι που ίσχυε στην περίπτωσή μας, λόγω απαγορευτικού. Σας ευχαριστούμε για όλα! Γι αυτό έχει νόημα να επιλέγουμε και να μοιραζόμαστε εμπειρίες επαγγελματιών.

「Εξαιρετικό」
+Υπέροχο νεοκλασικό κτίριο, καθαρό, μέσα στην πόλη ακριβώς πάνω από την υπέροχη παραλία «Αστέρια». Όλο το προσωπικό εξαιρετικά ευγενικό και εξυπηρετικό.
−Θεωρώ ότι θα μπορούσε κάπως να εμπλουτιστεί ο κατάλογος του πρωινού.

「Tragic ! A beautul building run by the inept. I had a dirty bathroom and black mould in my bedroom but management couldn」
+It’s a beautiful old building in a fine location with lovely view
−My bath had scum in it, there were hairs in my basin and poo marks in the loo so it hadn’t been cleaned properly. Even worse was the black mould in my bedroom. Most disgusting! Management leaves a lot to be desired as they insisted that they had checked the room despite evidence to the contrary. Disappointing and stressful to say the least.
