「Extremely disappointed 😔」

−Staff were very abrupt, unfriendly? Didn't get service or checked in until after 2.30pm. Carpet in my room smelt of a urine. Tv, kettle and fridge didn't work. Power went off at 6.30pm, so could not charge our personal devices til morning. And most importantly, I had to have cold showers night and morning. Staff seemed to be non- compliant and unapproachable with any questions or concerns regarding my stay. Worst stay ever, won't be recommending or staying again. Looking into a full or partial refund please

「Not recommended for a couple」
+The Manager who checked us in was very proffessional.
−The room was tiny with double bed against wall. It was shared bathroom which was disgusting from other guests not cleaning upcafter them. There were 2 coffee mugs and coffee and one tea bag but no teaspoons and you had to go to bathroom to fill the jug. The noise of the rooms opening and closing all nightcwas very annoying.

「Hideous hostel」
+The location
−The quality of the room was below average with peeling paint and beer cans under the bed. This should be advertised as a hostel suited for very young people who are out for a night on the lash. There was more noise beyond the 1am karaoke which should have been made clear in the description of the stay. Would not recommend of you require more then 4 hours of sleep. Ended our stay early and forfeited one night that was payed for in advance.

−The room I resided in needed a clean of the air conditioner and a touch coat of paint. Plus tv remote control was not accessible.
