「Terrible and extremely unsanitary with zero ethical standards or integrity for an establishment.」
+Nothing about this stay was comfortable or decent. The hurricane destroyed our home and we were forced to pay for this despicable room. The staff tried to make us pay a150$ “CASH ONLY” deposit after we had already reserved and paid up front for the room for 3 days. He printed out a paper for their property policy however what he printed vs what booking.com stated was completely contradictory. After he threatened to refund half of our money and denying our room I informed him that we would call law enforcement at which point the the staff member reluctantly offered to reduce the deposit to 50$ “CASH ONLY” . I refused to pay that and he then called me and my wife bums under his breath while sliding us the key.
−The room had a terrible smell of fresh paint and vinegar. There was still blue masking tape throughout the entire room and there was an infestation of roaches ! But we had no other options because our house was just destroyed by a tree from the hurricane .

+It was.clean bed was comfy and pet friendly
−Floor was a little dirty but not big deal I cleaned them and wore my slippers easy peasy

+Clean room clean bed although the bedding had small holes all over (I was in a smoking room)
−Bathroom shower curtain was nasty And the shower sucks it only drizzle out like it's clogged up

「Quick and cheap I guess. Hot water but the beds are thin and the ac was nok existent. I slept in my sweat.」
+Nothing honestly.
−My air just kept cutting off. The staff let me know when I got there to keep it on “low” or it’d blow out. It still didn’t work well and I had to keep turning it back on. The light for the sink almost gave me a seizure.

「SUPER HORRIBLE!」
+Nothing it was so bad I wouldn’t recommend it not even to my worst enemy!
−Nasty bed sheet burnt, with lots of with reddish and brown stains on the pillowcases black mold stains. The restroom were nasty I had asked for non smoking rooms well it said non smoking but stank like cigarette and other horrible smell. Ask management for a new room it was the same couldn’t sleep not lasted not even 4 hours and left. My mom had gotten 2 rooms for her and my family paid before hand and management was asking for cash for what? Idk Just want to put out there we had 5 kids one been disabled this Hotel needs to change to a motel name!
