−Poor customer service. The breakfast was not a real breakfast and there was no coffee and it was not ready until 6:50 not 6:30.

+The comp breakfast was great and Nina at the front desk was a joy, as was Chris the maintenance guy. The room was huge, well, appointed, clean, and very comfortable. Definitely pleased with my choy!

「Horrible, wont stay at this location again.」

−Dirty room, dirty linen and cigarette burn on linen. Toilet was dirty, tub was dirty. Staff reused dirty towels and placed them back on racks (they had obvious chunks of snot). Cobwebs on windows. Blinds too small, I had to purchase clips to provide some sort of privacy for my daughter and myself. Missing light bulbs. Moved bed to access outlet and found mold on bed skirts and dead bugs behind bed. Walls in bathroom near ceiling had dust on them. Privacy/security latch wouldn’t stay latched. Paid for late (1pm) checkout. Keys disabled at 10am. Waited at front desk for 20-30 minutes for staff so I could check out. They couldn’t provide me with a paper receipt. Said they’d email it to me. It’s now 10:33pm same day, 12 hours later, still no email receipt.

「Won’t be back, EVER.」
+The convenience of it being in town.
−The room was dirty. There was mold in the bathroom. Someone’s pants, shirt and underwear in the dresser. The ac was not cold. The beds are uncomfortable. Dirt on the box springs at the head of the bed. They couldn’t find my booking to begin with, then did find it and charged me twice. They did rectify that issue though.
「Needs better housekeeping」
+Woman at check in was very pleasant, at check out, no one was available. I do not like leaving my key card. Even though I reserved an accessible room 6 weeks prior, none was available. The "non smoking room" reeked of cigarette smoke. There was hair in the tub. The bed was comfortable and the A/C worked well.
