−The carpet looks old and dirty in the bedroom. It’ll be nice if they can replace it.

「The location was perfect! The staff by far was some of the best!」
+Everything in the room was clean. I especially liked the lime water and lemonade in the lobby. As a on-the-go breakfast, this place out did themselves. Kudos to the chef!
−When booking, the room looked much larger. We do yoga in the mornings, but there was only room for one mat at a time. Also, there was no shampoo, conditioner, soap as you see in other hotels.

「Fantastic value with friendly staff」
+Every staff member was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and refills were abundant. Chef Matt was fantastic! Front desk and Laundry staff were awesome. I would highly recommend this is a great place to stay in Durango.

「Overpriced room with a frustrating luggage transport system added up to not a good stay overall.」
+Sleeping and breakfast.
−The price was $179 and that was too much for the room we got. We didn't have an easy time transporting our luggage up to the 2nd floor because there wasn't an easy way to the elevator and back over to the car. The loading cart couldn't roll over the bumpy surface outside that a person has to roll it through to reach the parking lot. Just not an easy luggage transport situation. Plus, the room was overpriced for what you received for the money.

+They fixed several issues in the room, as we asked, except for the mini-refrigerator, which froze everything.
−People are great and always able to help and serve. Great people. The restroom was very good.
