+La ubicación. También me gustó que la habitación cuenta con una cocina pequeña, incluyendo microondas, nevera y hasta una hornilla para cocinar.
−La habitación era oscura y había muchísimo ruido del exterior. Los vasos y tasas no estaban bien limpios. El ascensor cerca a la habitación no servía. Los televisores no tenían servicios de streaming.
+The hotel was within walking distance of downtown, so it was easy to get around on foot.
−The cleanliness of the electric kettle and the dishes could have been better.

「Beautiful area!!」
+Staff at front lobby was very nice. It was in a good location to walk to shops and restaurants. Parking was underground. Seemed safe.
−Hallways were dingy and felt dirty. Not their fault, but the elevator closest to our room was out of service. Was kind of pricey for what we got. Bed was ok, not that super soft feeling you usually get in an AirBNB.

「Nice location, but wouldn't stay again」
+Amazing location in Canmore
−Beds are uncomfortable, building feels old/somewhat sketchy, phone number AND hotel room phone were called by sales associates which is not wanted when you're on vacation!
+The staff were very friendly and helpful.
+The staff were very helpful, always super friendly, the room was pretty big, had what we needed to make our own quick meals.
+Fast check-in, friendly staff, and received an upgrade. Building needs some maintenance, outdoor parking way too tight.
+Front desk Jackie was very helpful.

「Restful retreat in a beautiful setting.」

−Your head office kept switching our hotel from one to the other in your chain of hotels causing stress.
