「Terrible」
+The staff were friendly and responsive
−When I checked in originally, the room smelled bad. I woke up early for an event and after showering, realized there wasn’t a hair dryer. They had to let me into another room to dry my hair. They switched my room and when I arrived back for the night, there were small cockroaches on the wall and on the floor and multiple at the head of the bed. I immediately told them I couldn’t stay. They switched me to another room and I didn’t see anymore bigs but I didn’t get much sleep. They just shrugged the bug issue off like it was normal. The place was dirty and smelled weird
