+It was a typical old time motel where you can park right in front of your room. it was clean. The bed in 12A was wonderful - like sleeping in a cloud with nice cotton sheets. The fridge was an updated model that included a good size freezer. Coffee maker and microwave were good. Clean bathroom - hot shower.

−It’s very dirty. You will notice the smell of the room when you first walk in, a combination of stale cigarettes and a distinct, musty aroma. You will then see the dirty walls, the dirty comforters, the mildew covered shower, the rusty shower faucets, and the crusty, yellowed shower curtain. The bathroom lights flickered and the shower water oscillated between ice cold and scalding hot.

「This was the older motel, but very pleasant.」

−Hot water took over 10 minutes to get hot, heater was noisy, pillows were small and single. Toilet also leaked, which they seemed unaware of. Nice people but facility needs updating.

「I’d stay again.」
+Cheap, Safe, and relatively clean. $20 pet fee. I think $75 a night would have been more fair. I’d stay again.

「If you're looking for a cheap clean room the transports you back to the 1970s」
+This place is set in the 70s, wood panel walls, yellow tiles in the bathroom, it's everything you could expect for a Budget Motel. Personally, I love being able to step back in time because the room really does that. The owners, although didn't say much, had friendly demeanors. Word to the wise, at least for our room, the hot and cold faucet identifiers in the shower we're switched.
−Nothing I didn't like, our stay was pleasant.
