「Great hotel for families!」
+The family room was HUGE and perfect. Great bathroom and comfortable beds. Good location - 20 mins walk into centre of Bologna and right opposite the train station.

+Das Hotel liegt gleich neben dem Bahnhof und die Sehenswürdigkeiten von Bologna sind zu Fuss gut erreichbar. Für Autofahrer: Das Hotel hat eine eigene Garage; das Auto wir vom Personal parkiert; wir waren sehr zufrieden. Der Empfang war sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück liess keine Wünsche offen.
−Zu reklamieren gibt es nichts. Die Einfahrt zur Garage ist etwas schmal und nicht besonders gekennzeichnet.

「I would stay here again.」
+Good hotel - very nice staff, clean in our room, everything worked as it should. My only observation was that the carpet in the hallway to our room had some good sized stains that made it seem as though the hotel was not well cleaned. But our room was very clean and comfortable, and I would stay here again.

「Bu otel 4 yıldızı haketmiyor.Odalarında saç kurutması yok.Şehir vergisi 95 euro çok fazla」

−Otele girip odaya yerleştiğimizde saç kurutma makinesi olmadığı için resepsiyonu aradık.Resepsiyonist direkt olarak saç kurutması veririz ancak check out da geri teslim edeceksiniz dedi.Normalde odanın içinde olması gerekmiyor mu dediğimizde,evet genellikle oluyor ama neden yok bilmiyorum dedi.Bu tavır hiç hoşuma gitmedi dünyanın her yerine gittim,çok farklı otellerde konakladım hiç böyle bir şey görmedim.Sonra check out sırasında teslim ettik.Ve şehir vergisi 95 Euro ödedik.Tek gecelik konaklama ücreti kadar şehir vergisi ödedik.Bu konuda çok mutsuz oldum.Bu otelde bir daha asla kalmam.

「Soggiorno per lavoro, struttura comoda a tutti i servizi, confortevole e pulita, staff professionale」
+ottima posizione, comoda alla stazione ed al centro storico - buona colazione internazionale molto fornita - letto comodo e confortevole- ambiente molto pulito e ben insonorizzato

+Ambiente super curato e pulito. Lo staff è stato molto educato ed accogliente. La camera era stupenda, pulita e confortevole. La colazione era molto variegata e tutto buonissimo.

「Good hotel in great location but not cheap」
+The location of the hotel is great, being right opposite the train station and only 20 minutes walk from the city centre. The hotel was fine but it was the most expensive hotel that we stayed in during our tour of Italy. We were able to check in early (around noon) but did have to pay an additional €30 as only the more expensive rooms were available. Another positive was that we were able to leave our bags at reception on the day of departure which left us free to see the sights without the encumbrance of rucksacks.
−The hotel was fine but was expensive by comparison to the other hotels that we stayed in during our Italian tour and therefore it rated lower in terms of value for money. I was pre-warned about the additional charges payable (as tips to staff) at checkout but given the high cost of the hotel anyway, this felt a little frustrating.
