「Disappointing」
+Location is nice and quiet. Room is very clean and tidy.
−The ad is misleading, I thought I was booking a room inside a bed and breakfast to realise that I was only renting the second bedroom in the guy's appartment while he lives in the other room. This was very disappointing because we were trying to avoid renting a room inside someone else's appartement... that is actually the reason we booked on Bookings, as i could not find affordable options on Air BnB. But this may be the last time I book here now seeing that its hard to get the record straight. Also woke up the next morning to realize that there was actually another person living inside the property? (Same room as host) I think that's the kind of thing I would like to be made aware of. Then breakfast is cheap, you can't call 2 orange juices, dry melba toasts, tea cookies and jam a "breakfast buffet". Don't get me.wrong it's a nice gesture and you can definitely have enough food for a small breakfast, but you can't be anything else than disappointed if you are expecting a buffet. Internet connection was poor. There are no free parking, it's at night only

「Parma is a wonderful authentic city and this is a great value place to stay.」
+Very clean and comfortable room with everything you need. Shared toilet with Salvatore, the host, but he only has one double bedroom for rent. Exceptional service from Salvatore who is very thoughtful and kind. He helped me find parking nearby as there is a two hour parking limit (parking metres) in the streets outside near the property.
−The property is in a nice locale and safe, but the apartment is on the third floor with no elevator. Not a problem for me, but might be for some.

+Location. Short walk to the centre. The neighbourhood has a good selection of cafes and restaurants.. The host lives on the premises.
−The host doesn't speak English. Poor breakfast.

+The apartment is very spacious and very comfortable. There were some snacks in the kitchen (toast, jam, and cookies) and that was super appreciated. The place was very clean and the room was great. I had to work a little and there was a desk in the room and the internet was very good. It is about a 25-30 min walk away from the bus stop or the historic center, but I did not mind the walk. Overall, a fantastic stay!
