+Nice to have coffee provided. Had a little desk to work at in addition to the dining table which was appreciated.
−The mattress on the fold out couch wasn't great. Thin and you could feel the springs. I'd recommend a much more comfy mattress for the couch!

「Fantastic location, close to everything downtown, with easy access to the building.」
+We really enjoyed the well-equipped kitchen, the comfortable one-bedroom layout, and how easy it was to access the property. Everything was convenient and made our stay enjoyable.
−The only drawback was the lack of an exhaust fan in the bathroom, which made ventilation a bit challenging, especially after showering.

「An interesting, well-located alternative to hotels.」
+A very well-located property in Yaletown. We appreciated the free airport transfer although the access by rail is also very good (we used it on the way back). The room is well laid-out and the bed is superb.
−Noise from neighbouring rooms may be a problem for some - we had very noisy children next door to us and although they were quiet at night, in the daytime it could get annoying. The property uses an automated messaging system which is very annoying, I've never had so many messages, most of them empty "How are you doing" type spam, hitting my inbox. I asked for them to stop, and they did.

+Modern, clean, comfortable and awesome location
−We had agreed in advance about luggage storage upon checkout (we were only there one night), but didn't realize we needed to call a phone number given there's no reception. Instructions could have been clearer, but it was resolved quickly with super friendly cleaning staff.

+New modern structure, nice decoration and lighting, comfortable large beds, air conditioning, good location, quiet flat in spite of being at a crossing of a main busy street.
