「The room was clean but that was all.」
+The location in Hope and the main room was clean. That is all
−1- The pictures on the Website are very misleading. They make the rooms appear upgraded. They are not! The security on the patio door was a little screw clamp in the top corner. No working lock on the handle and you could barely move the door. 2- The tiles around the bathtub were so old and moldy - I would not take a shower. 3- The taps were backwards on the sink in the bathroom, so we ran the tap for 5 minutes waiting for hot water. The lady at the desk said to run it for at least 2 minutes to get hot water. 4- The bed was rock hard. It was definitely a motel that as soon as you walk in you pull the sheets back to make sure there are no bugs in the bed. 5- The pool water was freezing cold, I could not open the door with my key, so the older gentleman had to jimmy the pool room door open.

「Good location, badly maintained.」
+The location was fantastic, and the staff tried to help if there were issues.
−The rooms didn't seem to have any soundproofing, I could hear everything going on right outside and in the room next to me. The air conditioning didn't work and when I mentioned it to the staff they said they had no other rooms to move me to. The tv set top box also was flickering like it was broken, luckily I wasn't planning on using it, so I just unplugged it so the flickering would stop.

−There were bugs crawling out of the sink throughout the night and the fan in the bathroom was broken and insanely loud. Even for a motel this was a terrible stay

「Only there for one night.」
+I booked a family suite and really appreciated 3 full size beds.
−Nothing really, the room was very basic

+La chambre est grande. Le lit est confortable. Peu de bruit malgré la proximité de routes.
−La salle de bain en mauvais état, peinture, sol et meuble. Fermeture de la bain vitrée bricolée avec une vis. Au vu du prix, je m'attendais à mieux.
