「Disappointing but very friendly staff」
+The staff were really friendly throughout the hotel, especially the male on reception.
−There was silverfish in the bathroom, the pool was out of order (which couldn't be helped but very disappointing) but tge main thing was the windows in the downstairs room didnt shut properly so a draft and noise all night from the road.

「VERY DISAPPOINTED!!」
+Had potential.
−False advertising, not email to stipulate that Pool , spa wasn’t working !! Shameful , staff fob off and give you an area manager card . Lack of administrative service !!

+Amazing staff in the hotel. Very helpful, friendly, smiling, warm people. Special thanks goes to this great, young man at the bar, blond with beard and long hair who was funny, easy to speak to and very friendly. Kids loved the swimming pool. Very tasty food all day long.
−We asked for our room to be cleaned. We left at 9am. We came back at 1.30pm and the room wasn't cleaned. We helped ourselves to clean towels left in the corridor.
