−Am făcut rezervare pentru o cameră triplă, cu pat dublu și pat de o persoană, pentru 2 adulți și un copil de 10 ani. Cu o ora înainte de cazare, am fost sunați și anunțați că s-a spart o țeavă și că vom fi redirecționați către Hotel Elizabeta Ajunși acolo, am primit o cameră cu un singur pat king-size, fiind nevoiți să dormim toți trei în același pat și să ne învelim cu o singură pilotă de o persoană. În cameră nu era căldură, așa că a trebuit să pornim aerul condiționat, care făcea zgomot și avea o lumină deranjantă pe timpul nopții. În baie era foarte frig, era murdar și exista mucegai. Condițiile au fost groaznice, total diferite de ceea ce rezervasem. Am venit să ne odihnim și am avut parte de o experiență extrem de neplăcută. Nu recomand această experiență nimănui și cu siguranță nu aș mai reveni!

「DO NOT STAY HERE」

−The floors were extremely dirty with rubbish brushed under the beds. There were dead bugs on the floor. The bedding was dirty and the beds were not made. There was no key or lock to the front door so the ‘apartment’ was always insecure. There was no soap in any of the dispensers, which were also broken. There were no clean towels and no toilet roll. There was no reception and staff on site.

−My mother and I booked this room for one night in Bucharest. First of all, this was not really a hotel at all, but a building UNDER RENOVATION with several apartments. The staff refused to speak to us over the phone and later sent us a text message asking how they could help us. They then told us that our room was number 01. On top of everything, the person refused to tell us their name, even asking, “Why are you asking for my name?” They then simply said, “Your room is 01, check-out is tomorrow at 11. Good night.” The keys were left in the door, and the room was a double room, which was not what we had booked. The two bedrooms had BROKEN beds, dirty chairs, and the hinges on the entrance door were practically falling apart along with the door itself. Even when the door was locked, it could still be opened by pushing it slightly harder. We did not feel safe there at all. What was supposed to be the “reception” was actually an unfinished room that was still under renovation, with broken walls and dirt everywhere, and there was no staff member there. The fact that the person who directed us to room 01 refused to even give us their name was extremely frightening, especially for me as

「Foarte rău」
−Nu este nimic ca in poze, camera a fost plina de gândaci, iar seara cumva a apărut si un șoarece de undeva, jumătate din camere nu au cheie, usa de la baie era ruptă, plin de păianjeni, nu se poate sta in asa condiții. Este incredibil cum poate funcționa așa.

−Foarte murdar păianjeni in baie și țigări lângă pat de la turiști înainta noastră, telivizorul nu funcționează și pară de la dus curge pe toate părțile
