「Sequoia Getaway」
+We love the cabin and the room it has in the backyard with the river
−It could have been a bit cleaner. The toilet wasn't working right from Friday to Monday until i called and they did fix it pretty quickly. In the room not near the bathroom there was trash underneath the bed from previous guests, along with a dog toy under the bedside table. The deck in the backyard needs repairing in many places that could be a safety issue for anyone, especially young children.

+Good location to get to the parks
−The property wasn't the cleanest - dust, hairs and stains. Its needs updating. The area around the property needs some love too. The bbq utensils were dirty. And ended up buying our own as no where to "wash up"

「Don’t stay here.」
+Bed was comfortable and air conditioner was quiet.
−Probably was a nice place once. I needed 4 wheel drive to exit driveway. The grounds were not taken care of. The inside of room needed much love:Paint peeling, unrepaired drywall holes in shower, lousy quality towels, refrigerator needed deicing, no chairs, electrical fixtures were a mess pretty much the place is a disaster. We got a good laugh staying at the place.

「Location was great.」
+Location was great, it was very quiet and private and the bed was comfortable.
−This is a cute little place that isn't being well cared for. We had hot water issues when we arrived and were told "that there was nothing wrong". The following night, the issues still existed and after a little discussion with the property manager, we were offered the ability to shower in an empty unit, which was acceptable. The 3rd night, the hot water was fixed. There were no house keeping service - we had to ask the property manager to get additional soap, toilet paper, trash bags or whatever we needed. When requesting clean towels after 3 nights, the towels we received smelled so much like cigarette smoke I couldn't use them. The remote for the TV had corroded batteries and didn't work and there were dead bugs under the bed. Cleanliness was not the best.

「Sin duda volveremos a este lugar」
+El check inn super facil y ya estaba todo listo para cuando llegáramos Tiene todo lo que se requiere y un poco más para pasar unos días de vacaciones El lugar era perfecto frente al rió Las camas muy limpias y comodas y el espacio perfecto para nosotros y nuestras tres niñas Las niñas no se quisieron ir de ahí pero lamentablemente teníamos que regresar a nuestras rutinas
−Solo el area del balcón estaba poco sucia por el anterior inquilino

−The bed was made but there were dried bones on it and under the coffee table . Cobwebs in restroom and toilet was dirty
