「Toppen!」
+Selma spa är som vanligt jättemysigt och trevligt. Mycket bra personal, suveränt god mat, sköna sängar och bra schampo o tvål. Vi åker gärna tillbaks till Sunne och Selmas.
「Lite slitet」
+Lite slitet , både rummen och övriga utrymmen skulle behöva uppfräschning. Samma meny i baren år efter år, behöver förnyas
+Ganska slitet. Dåligt utbud på mat. Saknade vattenkokare på rummet. Det som var bra var de stora kuddarna i sängarna. Övrigt inget att rekommendera för de skyhöga priset. Finns bättre spa anläggnungar.
「Hyggelige Selma Spa」
+Oppholdet var veldig bra. Pent og rent rom. Gode senger. Dessverre var det veldig fullt av folk ved frokosten, lange køer, slik at jeg fikk ikke spise en god nok frokost. Det er jo hyggelig for hotellet med så godt belegg, men litt slitsomt som gjest. Kanskje det gikk an å organisere det litt annerledes når belegget er så stort. Hyggelig betjening og hyggelig hotell. kommer gjerne igjen.

「A spa hotel without any access to the shower in the room for elder people」
+This hotel is situated in beautiful surroundings and with a see view from the restaurant. Our room had a good sleeping room with a sofa and an easy chair. The bed was unfortunately harder than most in Sweden but rather big. However, the rather large bathroom was only functional as a toilet for my wife. This was due to the very high sides of a bathtub. She had broken her hips some years ago. An experience that is not so uncommon among elderly people. When we checked in the receptionist should have noticed that she was using some sticks. It is the first time she has not been able to use the shower. And we have travelled a lot; from Halwai to Japan, and from Greenland to South Africa. If a room just have a jacuzzi it needs to have a sperate shower or least have some other room with a normal shower and check with the elderly guest at the check-in.
「Review of Selma Spa - Mixed Experience」
+I recently stayed at Selma Spa and overall had a pleasant experience, especially thanks to the excellent service level throughout the hotel. The staff at the reception and spa were friendly, professional, and made me feel truly welcome. However, the restaurant experience was disappointing and significantly pulled down the overall impression. The food was average at best, and the service in the restaurant was far below expectations. When arriving at the restaurant, we had to wait a long time for the maître d’ to greet us, despite the restaurant not being full. There were plenty of servers, but they seemed disengaged and more focused on chatting with each other than attending to guests. It took a long time to get anyone’s attention to place an order, and no one checked in during the meal to ask if everything was okay or if we wanted dessert or more wine. That kind of attentiveness was completely missing. It’s unfortunate because the rest of the hotel delivers a high standard, but the restaurant needs serious improvement in both food quality and customer service.
+Trevlig tillmötesgående personal. Spaet var inte särskilt stort men det som fanns var bra. Frukost jättebra. Dammigt på rummet tom toapappersrulle glömd på golvet på toaletten- sängar glider isär och från väggen.... För den pengen som det faktiskt kostade förväntade jag mig mer.
「Dyrt」
+Hotellet behöver en uppdatering. Börjar bli lite sliten. Väldigt dyrt för den standarden men dock enda alternativet i Sunne. Kö till restaurangen trots bordsbeställning. Menyn saknar utlovade maträtter.
