「A thoroughly contrasting experience.」
+Nice decorating concept, with a spacious room, and quick check in. Some staff really made you feel welcome such as at check in or check out.
−Bed was very uncomfortable with a two single beds making up the double bed. Shower heads had not been cleaned and had black residue. Bar staff were happy to accommodate custom drink requests, but management stepped in to deny the request for some reason.

「A home from home in Belfast city centre」
+Excellent location, just a few minutes walk from City Hall. Extremely friendly & helpful staff. Great studio room with a mini kitchen - fridge, microwave, hob - ideal if you don't want to eat out every day. Very comfortable bed. Downstairs there is a restaurant & bar. Facilities are really good - there's even a gym & a laundry room!
−Room got quite warm. A well lit mirror would be a useful addition for applying make-up or for shaving.

+Die Farben im Hotel und Gute Atmosphäre. Freundliche unkomplizierte Hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Das 3 Bett auf Kinder, macht Spaß. Die tolle Lage in der Stadt
−Leider war kein Spülmittel und Lappen in der Wohnung wie angegeben. Wir mussten erst einkaufen gehen. Es gab keine Kaffeemaschine zum ausleihen wie angekündigt!
