「Lovely, relaxing stay. Close to all Yallingup, Dunsborough & Margret River have to offer.」
+Close to all Caves House has to offer, pub, cafe, bakery, short walk to beach through garden. We had 2 bedroom apartment overlooking garden & pub. Clean, neat & self contained. Easy self check in & instructions. Only staff we saw, was when I handed keys back to office. Great central location to access nearby towns, wineries & caves. 2 bed apartment has washer & dryer also.
−Not a dislike, but general info. It’s next to a Pub. There will be noise & kids playing in the garden. We didn’t find it too disruptive. Lower level garden rooms have 2 lots of stairs to consider if you have heavy luggage.

「The worst holiday stay of my life.」
+The accomodation is located in beautiful surroundings with lovely gardens.we have stayed there twice before so were really looking forward to returning to a favourite accomodaton.
−Our room was extremely run down. On our arrival we were firstly unable to get internet access. The hotel no longer maintains staff onsight to help and the person on the after hours number did not know the wifi code and we were told to just use our own data. Worst still the toilet did not work and got blocked and we coulnt get help till midagternoon day 2 Next , when switched to a new room finally, the washing machine had never been cleanedcand our clothes ended smelling of dirty drain water. This hotel needs to have so much maintainance. There is no supported for guests. It was a holiday from helll! We were promised a day refunded back to us for the first room with no working toilet but that never happened. Nobody should risk staying there.

−Accommodation smelt presumably as dishwasher didn’t drain properly

「Comfortable room」
+Lovely outlook
−Check in procedure. If it wasn’t for the good grace of the Caves House staff we would not of got our keys from the locked box. At no time were we advised that it was self check in let alone being advised of the PIN number for the locked key box.

+Pretty much everything: a well-appointed room, plenty of room, nice and quiet.
−There was nothing that we didn't like, we had a great stay and will be back again soon.

「Great unit louisy recetion」
+Clean - good space - great location
−We arrived no one in reception walked around for 45 min looking for some one finally a lady turned up and said room cards in the safe she asked if we got a code I said no We were given no i formation about codes safe etc . Wed used the phone and all we got was theres no one in reception call back tomorrow

「Good stay but apartments need updating with the furniture」
+The location next to the hotel the bakery and the general store. Lovely view and very clean. Big plus the washing machine and dryer. Good shower and comfortable bed
−Furniture needs updating….dining chairs uncomfortable with unstable cushions….sofa too low and soft and needs renewing.
