−It wasnt fully clean behind the units and at the sides of the bed/ rear of it too but in general was quite good

+The location was good for us very central and near tram stop. Car park around the back of the hotel so close by Beds were quite comfy
−The room was quite dirty, bathroom also dirty. Floor very squeeky Hear everything from above and around Reception closed when leaving and initially arriving so couldn't speak to anyone. Only 4 parking spaces. Bedding ok, towels funny colour Blind would not open so in the dark wall the time Window limited opening

「All in all for 2 nights it was alright」

−Rooms were too warm , unable to control the heating couldn’t open windows as they were really doesn’t full of cobwebs , rooms weren’t to my cleanliness standard but for the price it was cheap and cheerful

−Disappointing- We stayed here a few years back and it was lovely so we were looking forward to returning. It is very tired now, walls are marked with blue stuff, the hangers were so dusty they left thick dust on our coats. The blind is mechanical and the owner was precise with how to operate it giving us instructions but only goes up about 5 inches so kinda pointless, the blinds were also marked with white lines. The guy that checked us in was fine, albeit very robotic, not very welcoming and said nothing remotely human during check in service. The bar area is stacked with stuff covered in sheets so much so it’s difficult to play pool as you can’t use the cue properly on the right hand side. The room was basic which is fine and there is a self service area to get extra loo roll which is a good idea but I feel it’s in place more for the reason the guy in reception doesn’t want to have much to do with the guests. We won’t be staying again after this experience
