「Great, we were at the Ocean, who needs anything else」
+We had a great time. Resort is right in the middle of town, close to everything. We were just steps from the Marginal way. We walked the path 4 times and ended up in Perkin's Cove. Then we took the trolley back and added a little ride through Ogunquit. It was perfect.
−A restaurant on site would have been nice, but there is so much around it didn't really effect our stay. No complaints here about anything.

「Probably wouldn’t stay there again but it was worth trying for location. I would try again if they had a bigger room.」

−Had a terrible smell almost like water damage. It irritated my asthma. It was a little too small for four people. Maint guy was outside the door the next morning talking about the roof falling in if they tried to fix something. I’m

「Perfect location, friendly staff in one of our favorite Maine towns.」
+Perfect location to walk the Marginal Way and into town for food and shopping. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was nicely stocked with glasses, toaster, etc. Nice size table for eating and game play.
−There was just a slight strange smell in the room

「Overall we very much enjoyed our stay!」
+Good location , spacious studio
−I shared a studio with my 2 adult daughters. It was spacious and clean but the aesthetic feel could be improved. Also- annoying that the only mirror in the unit was a the half mirror above the bathroom sink. Three women getting ready need at least a mirror in the bedroom as well and a full length mirror.

「Disappointing for the price.」
+Location
−Noisy AC, noisy upstairs guests, windows didn’t open, rug was a tripping hazard, stained couch, poor water pressure.
