+近くに教会がある ミュンヘン中央駅まで徒歩8分で行ける スタッフが親切 部屋がオシャレで綺麗 シーツ、毛布、バスルームが暖かい 部屋も最初は寒かったのでどうなるかと思ったけど だんだん温かくなって安心した

「Comfortable and elegant value stay」
+Really thoughtful small space design. We had a comfortable double room that felt more like a mini-suite. Good quality fittings and decent shower with nice toiletries (actually better stocked than a ‘luxury’ spa we had just come from!). Instant coffee was actually pretty decent flavour too. Friendly helpful staff. For a city hotel, I felt it was well priced for the comfort level.
−The walk from the train station took us on one street that was a bit rough, but the actual street the hotel is on is fine. People standing smoking on the street at the main door. I appreciate staff can’t stop them but I really hate having to walk through that. I’m happy to walk but based on other reviews I did think it was closer to the centre than it was (about 25 minutes).

「Clean, well designed rooms in good location」
+Having fridge and basics in kitchen was helpful. Hair conditioner in bathroom was VERY appreciated. Room was super clean. 15 minute walk to old town.
−There was a intermittent buzzing, like an electric drill, through the night. Our room had rooms either side and there was no air conditioning, so I never figured out what the noise was but it was pretty annoying. The thought of going downstairs in the night having someone come up to listen for it to start again seemed more of a pain than the noise itself though.

+Location.
−The rooms don’t have individual heating / cooling it’s all centrally controlled. We stayed in November and had to open a window to cool the place down as it was really hot.

「Ideal für ein paar Tage München.」
+Eigentlich hat mir alles sehr gut gefallen - Lage, Zimmergröße, Zimmerausstattung, Ausrichtung der Zimmer (alle mit Balkon) zum Innenhof, freundliches Personal, gutes Frühstück.
−Es gab wohl ein Kommunikationsproblem bezüglich einer Innenhofparty am Samstagnachmittag!?
