「Good facilities, location and free parking」
+Comfortable, high quality rooms. Clean and good facilities, especially the shower. Having free parking and a 15 mins walk into the city centre is brilliant. Local pubs, restaurants and cafes good too without going into town.

「Lovely comfortable hotel nice area」
+A very comfortable hotel friendly staff in a lovely area of Dublin a good walk or short bus ride into tourist area . Lots of great restaurants nearby

「A Great Location in Dublin」
+We had stayed here before and like the place generally. The staff are mostly very helpful and friendly.
−The breakfast service was a bit hit and miss, otherwise, it was all very good.

「Excellent the bar was fantastic great atmosphere with lovely food and fires.」
+The staff were extremely nice especially Gabriel and the other a blonde girl who was on Monday. It’s lovely to be greeted with pleasant receptionists. Bar staff and waiting staff so friendly
−It’s really just my taste. I dislike Java tea so I just couldn’t drink it. Everyone to their own!

「cosy, cant wait to go back again and loved the fact is an old school house, home away from home.」
+cosy, clean and staff were very friendly and helpful. Nice biscuit with the tea/coffee facilities. Iron in room was good, and the smellies were nice.
−only that the heater was a little temperamental,

「Overall amazing experience and would stay here again!」
+The property is not located directly in the main part of town but it was still very easy to get around (close to buses and trains). Additionally, the neighborhood was felt very safe and was beautiful. The room was amazingly decorated, main living space and bathroom were very clean.
−This doesn't have much to do with the actual stay, but we did eat in the restaurant part of the hotel and had an alright experience. It took some time to be attended to and for our food to arrive.

「Nice and quiet stay at a fairytale hotel」
+Coming to this hotel it feels like you are stepping into a fairytale, with a warm and homely atmosphere. The rooms are quiet and spacious.
−The only downside was that the bed was a little too soft for my liking
