+The stay was good comfortable, staff was very cooperative. Sukaant sir from kitchen was great at service. Suman mam from housekeeping was wonderful. Food was tasty, value for money. Menu is short but wonderful. Buffet breakfast was great with multiple dishes options. There was slight argument and misunderstanding created from hotels end regarding visitor policy which led to fight.. Hotel should be more clearer about mentioning policies which can avoid miscommunication.

There was slight argument and misunderstanding created from hotels end regarding visitor policy which led to fight, we were given confirmation regarding visitors are allowed when we called a month prior. We were given second confirmation when we called week prior. At last moment hotel receptionist denied things confirmed by their own staff which was unfruitful.

−Fraud hotel. Upload wrong images of rooms and refuse to give correct room that I booked. Deleted the uploaded wrong images in front of me from the listing. Would never book this one again

−The smell of someone smoking was bothering us...we also told this to the staff.
