+View and restaurant food were impeccable
−Had to keep the sliding balcony door closed and not enjoy the cool breeze and sound of ocean because of cigarette smoke below on table near playground and also on other balconies.

「Despite what we didn't like we would stay here again!」
+Great ocean views. Great location. Good size room. Very quiet. Coin laundry on site. Parking is easy and plenty. Food available was great Reception staff was very nice and polite!
−Bathroom was very tight. You had to sit sideways on the toilet so not to hit your knee on the sink. You had to play Jenga to take a shower. Mattress was very firm and sounded like the springs were broken. Carpets were very dirty and need to be replaced.

+The view was great, bed was reasonably comfortable for the price and the location was good.
−The staff in the restaurant were great except for one bloke named Justin. Food was mediocre at best (i got a steak). Worst part was that there were blood stains in the bed sheets.. so not sure if housing staff even clean the room.
