+The restaurant was able to accommodate my special diet. Room service was pretty good.
−Rooms were smelling of humidity, bed liner and decorative pillows were full of stains. 1 pillow was not clean but was promptly replaced. Shower water in the afternoon was not hot. Was misled (lied to) by front desk staff both on the phone and in person. I received a categorical no when I asked if there would be celebration noises at night. There was a stage right behind to the hotel and there was noise until 1:40 am.

+The location
−Being in Gujarat the food was not catered for gujrati guests . Everyday is almost same food . With waiters there is no eye contact. The service in restaurant was pathetic.

「very comfortable」
+the hotel is located very close to the market and shopping areas of jamnagar. we definitely enjoyed walking around. despite being centrally located, the space is not noisy and cluttered. the staff were very polite and helpful. we especially appreciate them for providing us with a very early breakfast as we had a flight to catch.

「Lovely Stay」
+Surprisingly I did not go with high expectations! Hotel is in the city & very good. Staff, Rooms, Food at the restaurant was very good. Breakfast was excellent. Will stay again if necessary!
−Shower- The water comes out in cold & hot phase! Sometimes it becomes cold then it becomes hot!! This needs to be corrected. The hotel is in city so if you go with thinking there is big garden & entrance -then it does not have!
