+Hotel needs major renovation. The TV did not work at all. Filthy gutters surrounding the building smell awful and mosquito infestation. The restaurant has minimal items on the menu. The staff is extremely friendly and courteous.

「Stay away」
+Stay away. Hardly anything mentioned on trip adviser is true or still in place No swimming pool Hardly service No mini bar Hardly anything on the menu (even out of Coke) Hardly other guests (which is a result of the above) Free internet: you might be able to get your emails but making a call is challenging and so on
+Stayed there many times before and was 100% better hotel very dated facilities very poor tv 100 years old only 4 channels no telephone working in the room AC leaking 2 of us stayed in the room only supplied 1 towel even after asking very poor standard receptionist very ignorant after asking for things to be fixed
+Hotel was unique especially services received from Roland and and the ladies working at the front desk of the hotel was exceptional I promise to recommend this hotel to all my friends, family and Colleagues

「Great hospitality」
+Hotel was Perfect in every way possible. Very helping staff, great food, great hospitality. One of incident happened with me, I fell sick and the staff helped and cooperated with me. The General Manager of hotel, has visited me at hospital and took care of me. I received very good support from hotel staff as well. I highly recommend this hotel.
+The pictures on the website are nothing like you get in real life. The winning pool was a complete building site. I asked where is the pool and i was told if i need exercise to use the gym and hopefully the pool will be finished before the end of the year. Nothing like the pictures on the website. I do hope somebody will be giving me some kind of compensation.

+Slight difference to website photos than the real life ones I took. I asked where is the swimming pool and I was told to use the gym if I want to exercise. Really fake advertising I would never set foot in here again. I was looking forward to a swim and a cocktail by the pool.
「Disaster」
+I asked for an extra towel , they told me each single has only one towel !! I found bugs in the room. The food quality is very bad. This hotel can’t be 4 stars at all.
