「Good」
+Never had breakfast. We left way too early for breakfast.
−For the time we spent in the room, wish we could get it cheaper, but just glad I booked it way in advance and didn't have to pay for weekend rates.

+Check in was confusing. I had to ring a doorbell and wait for the manager to answer. Once she led me inside, it was clear this was their residence. Tv was loudly playing in the background. Other than that, the room was good!

「Nice, affordable motel」
+Quiet room on the second floor even though Hwy 99 and a train track were just across the parking lot/front grass. The room was very clean and comfortable. The room had plenty of lamps and ceiling can lights to make it bright and cheerful. Easy TV to use and good air conditioner.
−The tub floor was slippery when wet. I think tub anti-slip decals and/or a grab bar would make it much safer. The motel is located in an industrial area along Hwy 99 so not a good place to go out for a walk.
