+It was a bare bones motel. Room was a room, can't say more than that really.
−Maybe make the rooms feel a little nicer.

「Pretty disappointed」
+I made a reservation but I never had anyone give me a room so I had to leave and go somewhere else

「I will never stay or my friends ever again」
+Room wasn't cleaned the next day. No fresh towels. No smoke alarm. Smoke alarm had been removed. Tv didn't work.

+It was clean and, for the most part it was comfortable and needed better pillows

「Very dated」
+First off workers are great and just doing the best they can. We got there about 6:20 and check in was very rough. They have a very old system for taking payment took quite a while. First room they gave us the key lock did not work it just spun. They gave us another room and it worked. One nice thing is most rooms have covered parking. Our minivan fit under it just fine. Rooms are pretty small and very dated. Had 2 double beds and that took up most of the floor space. This is a theme in brownwood and early rooms are very expensive for what you get and thats not just here. Check out was very easy thankfully they just took the key.

「Very good」
+Just an all around not good place
+There were a lot of people partying all night making loud noises and the property people did nothing. The room smelled like pee and the floors were completely dirty and I tried to change rooms but the said they couldn’t do that. The bed had bed bugs so I slept in my car and didn’t feel safe at all.
