「Poor Excuse for a hotel」
+Nothing.
−Roaches, black mold, broken down beds, broken down furniture, drug activity, management didn't fix anything and had an attitude with us and some people there have bed bugs. This hotel should be condemned and shut down. I had to file a complaint with Code Enforcement and I wrote to the newspaper and we are filing a small claim against the hotel to recover what we spent staying there. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life. Also the heater didn't work and we had to buy a small space heater.

+The staff was very polite and respectful and willing to work with me. Staff did amazing
−The only thing that bothered me is there was multiple drug addicts surrounding the property.. and when I pulled the sheet up on my bed , the comforter underneath had a blood stain , and then there was a blood stain also on the mattress.. that , to me is pretty disgusting and the comforter should have been changed..
+Es gab nichts, was uns gefallen hat. Wir waren froh, nur eine Nacht da verbringen müssen.
−Das gesamte Flair war abstoßend. Die gesamte Ausstattung grau in grau und der Zigarettengeruch, der durch die Klimaanlage ins Zimmer gezogen und vom Personal mit Deo übertönt wurde, ließen einen depressiv werden .

「The room was quiet & clean」
+The room was clean
−It was hard to get the front desk personnel. Finding what was on tv was difficult. The channels didn’t match the schedule on the screen

+The staff was amazing and went above and beyond I enjoyed them very much
−Our ac wasn’t really working and something in the room was leaking

+The room was clean and big. Everything was working, lights fridge tv. I have no complaints about the room.
−The internet connection tends to disconnect sometimes. It happened several times when I was on call. But it's a minor issue, it was probably weak on that day only.

−It was dirty, rang the bell multiple times, there was a man using profanities while I was waiting for someone to come down and I think it was the desk person. My daughter and I ended up leaving to another hotel. Lost out on the money I paid to stay there...
