+Generous hosts who offered their golfcart to me to attend a meeting at the country club. Room is very neat with all the necessities.

+The location was safe, quiet, and tranquil. The Wi-Fi was great. I liked the room set-up, it felt like home, the bed was comfortable, and clean
−The compound cleaners came and cleaned the yard whilst my car was parked outside, so they blew dust to my car. The air vent in the bathroom need cleaning, it was full of dust. That's the only part I didn't like, overall, my stay was pleasant.

−Perceived rules, heating needs attention, hand rails up the stairs unsafe I wounded my hand,bathroom cleaning and refreshments. Not enough extra blankets

−Stairs. My Mom had difficulty getting upstairs. This I did not anticipate as i assumed this was a ground floor apartment .

「A happy couple」
+The little things they added like there were some chocolates on our bed. A vase with wine in it. The little things make it all the more special
−Its freezing cold in that loft, I don't know what its like in summer, but come prepared
