We were in town for a funeral in Rolling Fork. I didn’t expect much; however, the room could have been cleaned. The sheets and bed spread were very old and outdated. The bathroom was horrible. I would recommend bringing your own sheets, towels and a bottle of Lysol. All I could say it was convenient and we didn’t have to travel a 1 1/2 back in forth to the next main city like other family members.
I had missed place my key to the room and they wanted to charge me $5 for another one
This is a motel in a very rural area. The desk person was nice. The room was not high quality, but I wasn’t expecting much. Shower felt nice. TV did not work. Crushed limestone parking lot tracks mud everywhere. The room had been smoked in in the past, which I really dislike. We stayed for a hunting trip at Howard Miller WMA, so we only stayed in the room from 5 pm to 3:30 am. 25 minute drive ti WMA. It slept fine. Exterior is well lit. Other hunters were also staying in other nearby rooms. Interior has the quality of what I am used to at an old hunt camp, but it’s not the best. Will stay again if we hunt this area, but wouldn’t stay for a family trip or vacation. There are a couple of local grocery stores, a fast food place and a local dairy bar within a block. Rolling Fork Motel 1/10/2025.
Its the only option in Rolling Fork. It's this or drive 45 minutes away. If you need a place out of the weather, here you go.
Heater did not work. I froze all night long. 1 blanket that was very thin. I could not sleep. I was miserable
It was fine for one night since I was passing through. But I wouldn’t stay again. Very old and had some smells. Old towels. Old bedspreads. Had to unplug refrigerator because it rattled so loudly. No cups or extras in the room.
Nice Staff and Clean
