The place is PERMANENTLY CLOSED.
We never got to stay, they wouldn't answer the phone, i couldn't confirm my reservation either. And expedia doesn't like the truth
The hotel was not open to the public. It was overrun by illegal migrants. They even had a written sign that said that we do not accept reservations. Hotels.com really dropped the ball on this one.
The hotel is currently closed. No one is on the premises to check you in, no one responds to phone calls. They don't have rooms, the building looks trashy and disfunct. Broken down cars without tires in parking lot. They charged me for the reservation without ever talking to me and without providing a room. Hotels.com needed 2 days to reach a manager and they claim that it is my fault not to stay in the closed hotel without rooms.
Property closed. Expedia is taking reservations on a closed business
「No Pool」
Pool doesn't work and hasn't for long time. They are clearly false advertising that.
Pool was closed. Outside was pretty weathered. Rooms were clean and decent for a one night stay. Clientele was a little rough but overall it was ok considering the price and location.
I had multiple people come up to me asking for drugs and money. Many people partying in the parking lot. The room I was in didn’t have a dead bolt it was broken off. The bathroom was black with foot prints I asked for a refund and it was denied. The only reason I needed a room was due to breaking down on the highway. I slept in my car at the orielys do to not feeling safe in the room
Trash piled up outside of rooms.
The guy checking me in was friendly, really the only positive thing about the place. It looks NOTHING like its photos. The out side is scary looking amc Emeka bad. The room its self wasn't as bad as the out side. First thing i did was check for bed bugs, and was kinda surprised not to find any so that's good. But as a single female traveler would not go there again. Bed was hard and uncomfortable. Shower was hot and good pressure
