「Thoroughly recommend」
+Fantastic hotel in a prime location. Sea view was stunning, and the facilities were great. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. Our room was warm and comfortable. We stayed here for an overnight stay after watching a show at the Lighthouse Theatre, and it didn't disappoint. The dinner was delicious, and the breakfast was great. We will definitely be back and hope to book onto the tour of the RNLI training centre next time.
−Very minor but would be good to have individual yoghurts of different flavours available at breakfast (rather than one big bowl). Everything was great though.

+The staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. The room was very clean, comfortable bed, good amenities and a view of the boats on the water. Bathroom very clean. Quiet location and peaceful nights sleep. Ideal location for our planned itinerary. The bar and restaurant had a pleasant atmosphere and staff were friendly and helpful. A very nice place to relax.

「A very pleasant surprise exceeding expectations.」
+Food excellent down to earth stuff good choice at fair price. room v nice with great views. Lovely to watch all lifeboat activity in the morning and lots of flat cycle path ways. Everything crisp and clean. Staff very welcoming. Location great.
−Car parking difficult as seemed to be full all the time. Double bed a bit small for two people and the noisiest electric kettle that I have ever heard🤣 I also struggled to fit it under tap. A smaller kettle would be more economical and easier to use.

「Fabulous rooms and great location.」
+Fabulous location for the town and harbour with a lovely view. Super friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable rooms with all the amenities we'd want. Delicious breakfast - well presented with excellent choices. We'll definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

「A great hotel in Poole」
+This hotel is well maintained, the decoration and layout of the room are well thought out and a considerable step up from the usual national budget hotes. The reception staff were very accommodating, helpful, and welcoming. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bedding superb. The bathroom spotless and gleaming. Good quality towels. The breakfast was exceptional, with a wide variety of options to cater for differing diets. The cooked option.firts class with all good ingredients and freshly cooked eggs. The RNLI is definitely worth considering for a visit to Poole. The view across the bay was very pleasant to wake up to.
−There wasn't anything to dislike at all.
