「Great location, lovely staff and great food and drink options in the hotel」
+Lovely helpful staff, great bar and restaurant and lovely view of the river
−all was ok - only prob was not being able to park in the car park but appreciate that is not the hotels fault as it was busy and got soaked walking to the car park but that was great that you got a discount

+The female receptionists were friendly, welcoming and helpful. I loved the location and the breakfast. My room on the river side was great.
−Unfriendly not welcoming male receptionists who wouldn't even say hello when greeted. My room overlooking the courtyard was noisy but a nicer room than the one I changed to. People smoke right at the front door that came up to bedroom as I had the windows open. Smokers need to be away from doors and windows. I had to ask for an ironing board twice. Male receptionist asked first. Hours later female receptionist got it done.

+The view of the river and the proximity to the hospital and the CBD. The breakfast staff were stellar every morning. Erin was a most helpful receptionist- kind, amiable and on the ball. The cleaning crew were all most friendly and did a great job. The view on the river was calming and most importantly quiet ensuring a good night's sleep.
−I found the male check in receptionsits to be unwelcoming, gruff and uncaring. I believe people should not be allowed smoke by the front door. It was annoying entering & exiting to have to breathe in cigarette smoke. It was not healthy that my room was sprayed down with some toxic carcinogenic air freshener after cleaning nor that I could not properly open the window to air it out.
