+We waited for 1 hour and 20 minutes for our room to be ready, no one contacted us in advance to tell us we will not be able to check in at 14:00. The aircons didn't work in all 3 rooms we booked. We called numerous times to ask reception to send maintenance, with no response, after the 10th call, reception confirmed that the aircons are not working with no solution. We asked if they could move us to other rooms, again said that they will call back and no one ever did. On Sunday morning we expressed our dissatisfaction and the supervisor only said "sorry to hear". Such a beautiful and perfect place with terrible service from the employees.
−The overall service was terrible, waiting 30 minutes to get served, waiting for the order, getting warm drinks.. no one coming to check the aircons for more than two hours while we were there. Ordering coffee and getting sour milk in the coffee.

−Noise by conference attendees before leaving, including playing their music loudly for all to hear. Walls are a thin and human noises from rooms adjacent can be clearly heard. Suggest that you engage with the Metro to do something about the exotic, invasive birds that dominate the garden, i.e Rose-ringed Parakeets and Common Myna.
