+Very closed to center
−We've stayed 5 days and no sheet or towels were changed even in the booking is mentioned that every 3 days it will be changed. Also in the fridge it was a glass bottle of water that freezed and broke in the middle of the night and our shoes filled with water, as were under the fridge 😪

−There is a back of supermarket by the window and noise starts early in the morning. But its ok when window closed.

「Location stupenda per un weekend perfetto」
+È stato tutto perfetto. La location, a due passi dal centro, ma in una zona tranquilla. La struttura è un boutique hotel molto curato, pulito ed arredato con stile. La camera ampia spaziosa e dotata di tutti i comfort. Il letto grande e comodissimo. Ottima qualità del sonno. Il ristorante al piano di sotto è raffinato ed accogliente e si mangia benissimo dalla colazione alla cena! Lo staff super disponibile e gentile. Altamente Consigliato

「Boutique heritage hotel above an Italian restaurant」
+Villa Barrio is primarily a restaurant with 5 rooms above in a wonderful old building previously the offices of the prime minister. It's a heritage building with amazing ground floor , the rooms are upstairs in the staff quarters. This means the windows are small and the access is difficult. Very handy supermarket next door. Very close to the art museums.
−The access is up twisting wooden stairs, the room windows are high and small. The new air-conditioning leaked water all night , we had to mop up and find a bucket. There was a kettle provided but paltry tea and coffee supplies. The restaurant below operates till midnight so there's some noise.
