「Schönes sauberes Zimmer in zentraler Lage mit Parkplätzen für einen netten Kurztrip in Modena!」
+Die zentrale und ruhige Lage sowie das sehr saubere Zimmer.
−Dass es trotz Küchenzeile im Zimmer nicht mal einen Kaffeelöffel und einen Teebeutel (ein vorhandener Wasserkocher ist somit fast sinnlos) gab. Das ist bei dem Nächtigungspreis sicherlich machbar!

「Unkomplizierter Aufenthalt zu einem fairen Preis.」
+Das Zimmer sowie das ganze Haus wurden augenscheinlich jüngst hergerichtet und sind daher in einem neuwertigen Zustand. Parkplatz konnte unkompliziert für 15€/Nacht hinzugebucht werden.
−Die im Zimmer vorhandene Küche darf nur gegen Aufpreis genutzt werden. Die neue Einrichtung wirkt etwas steril; dadurch fehlt etwas der Charme.

+Very close to the centre of Modena, without being in the ZTL. Private parking available onsite for €15 per day. Room was spacious and quiet. There was also a lift to get to the room which was much needed given how much luggage we had. Host is friendly and as helpful as can be despite the language barrier. Kitchen also had a kettle, fridge and microwave for use.
−While the kitchen has a stovetop and appliances, the accomodation only provides utensils, plates/bowls, cooking tools for a €15 fee. The pipe connected to the overflow hole of the sink basin in our room doesn’t seem to be properly connected and leaks onto the floor. It otherwise worked fine if you don’t plug the drain.

「Toller Aufenthalt mit Zentrumsnähe」
+Die Unterkunft ist perfekt gelegen, um Modena zu Fuss zu erkunden. Ausserdem war es sehr hilfreich, dass man einen Parkplatz auf dem Grundstück reservieren konnte.
