「Delightful stay close to old city in well appointed venue with lovely outlook.」
+So handy to walk to old town and waterfront. Really lovely venue with lovely bathroom especially. Antonia was super helpful. We also found a super laundry, just down the road. Lovely outlook from deck.
−There could have been a coffee machine, but not insurmoutsble.

「Nice apartment in a quiet location not too far from Old City」
+Great location short walk to the Old town, friendly and helpful host, nice-sized apartment.
−Being an apartment it would have been nice to have at least a few coffee sachets and tea bags but a coffee pod machine would have been even more perfect. At least not too far in town for a coffee! Note the available parking is an additional cost, check the pricing.

「Clean, spacious, well-located」
+Clean, spacious, comfortable accommodation a short walk (7 mins) from the old town. Our host (Antonija) was exceptionally helpful & welcoming.

+Apartman je primjerene veličine, jako dobre opremljenosti u zgradi novijeg datuma izgradnje, na dobrom mjestu u odnosu na centar Splita.
−Garaža, njena veličina, jako nezgodno parkiranje u njoj, ako imate veliko vozilo, a sva vozila su u garaži velika. Jako visoka cijena od 35€ za takvo parkiranje, a nemate izbora jer je parking oko objekta jako opterećen od strane stanara okolnih zgrada. Na sjedećoj garnituri sam upoznao neku plavušu koja je ostavila jako puno kose, a to nije počišćeno.
+公寓的location很好，步行去老城和海滩就10分钟左右，附近有超市很方便。 超级nice的房东Antonia, 和她聊天非常愉快。房间很宽敞，很整洁，还有看得见小花园的阳台，很漂亮，惊喜的是花园偶尔会有美丽的孔雀来散步。 住了三晚都非常愉快！

「很棒」
+位置便捷，我定的房型有个露台，很适合坐着晒太阳，房东太太人很好，很热心，我们半夜退房还为我们安排了车去机场，也一直在叮嘱我们注意事项，很棒的体验

「We had a great stay at Split. The place was clean and modern. The location was perfect for walking to see the sites.」
+The place was well laid out with good space and very clean and modern. It was a good location easily walkable to the Riva Promenade.
−The kitchen should have a coffee machine and toaster. The peacocks on the patio were large.

「Really solid place for a short split stay」
+Staff was so nice and extremely helpful. The place was in an awesome location - very easy to get to main city. Some reviews mention it might be difficult to walk back from the city center - but I would not say that is the case. It was very solid location
