「Ok...after a while.」
+The heat in our room was not working. Outside temperature was 21. A second room proved to be still under renovation. The third room was acceptable. So in the end, it worked out.
+Employees wore no masks during the height of COVID in Texas so far, however the room was very spacious with a sink and kitchenette. Give and take, as long as we were social distancing and wearing masks. Overall a good stay on our way back home.
+I booked and paid for a king room. Upon arriving, told they were "out of king rooms but we will 'upgrade' you to a queen room"?? Same price of course for a smaller bed. First room I went to, the AC didn't work (West Texas middle of summer - at least 85°in the room). Second room, half the lights were out & again, broken AC. Third room, phone broken but AC worked, but it had been off so I was miserable for almost 2 hours while it cooled off. The desk clerk was polite about changing rooms but it was after hours so I had to keep hauling my luggage from the room back to the lobby & then to the next room. All rooms had that sour musty smell old hotels get. Would never stay here again.

+A little more upkeep needed we always stay there when we travel to Plainview- staff Person I dealt with she’s amazing and helpful all the time.just please do more Maintenance in the rooms.

+Some trouble finding my booking. She had to redo my reservation. It was not coming up on her computer
+Everyone was friendly The only thing I would like change is adding a couple more pillows. I always end up stealing my husbands since there is only 3

「Good value」
+I have to admit that this hotel looked a little sketchy from the outside with a broken sign and an old bar to the front. But once we made it inside it was very nice. The room was spacious and it was very quiet at night. The bar is no longer in use. Easy access on and off the interstate.
