「It was horrible.」
+While the room was clean I had to ask for extra blankets, which was brought promptly to our room.
−The room was very standard nothing like the pics. The toilet backed up & was told it was too late for plumber & we had to wait untill the morning & go to one of the local petrol stations to use their facilities. They didn't even move us to another room. When I told them about the toilet, I was told that I didn't tell them who was in the room. I reminded the woman that I had kids with me me that's why I booked online a family room. She did not apologise but just left us to use a plunger to try unblock the toilet! We will never stay there again.

+Nice bed, tea / coffee, aircond and location close to near servo / food e.t.c.
−The hot water took at least 5min to come on. The TV had to be turn off & on at the switch to be turned back on every time, it was some strange issue / trouble with turning the tv on?

「Exceptionally clean, comfortable and welcoming, with some thoughtful little touches.」
+The room was exceptionally clean, comfortable and nicely presented. It’s a traditional, no-frills country motel, but it had everything I needed and was clearly well looked after. The complimentary Coke in the fridge and cereal provided were thoughtful little touches that made the stay feel particularly welcoming.
−Nothing of any real significance. It’s a simple motel rather than a full-service property, but that was exactly what I expected and it was very comfortable.
