+Bien situé lorsqu'on a un véhicule. Proche du centre ville.
−La literie était un peu "raide" et il y a un gros problème d'insonorisation. La première nuit nous étions les seuls clients, donc pas de soucis. La nuit suivante, nous avions des voisins, et là, c'est compliqué ! On entendait leur voix, leur moindre déplacement. Bref, c'est très mal insonorisé.

+Perfect little unit for what we needed it for. It was clean and warm and the perfect location, which is why we booked it. Staff were wonderful.

「Would we stay there again...would need serious consideration.」
+Breakfast was ok and the cafe was rustic but good. Staff were excellent and friendly. The raglan area is well worth a look as plenty to see, especially if you like surfing. We were not there for that.
−No fire alarm at all even though you could see where 2 once were. One of the power outlets had burn marks which was a little worrying as no fire alarm. Main light didn't work. Plastic kettle tainted the water that bad we couldn't drink tea or coffee, could taste the plastic. We had to go into Hamilton to purchase a kettle. Would have been nice to have a couch to sit on instead of the single bed, we had to use the outside chairs. Luckily we didn't spend too much time in the unit.

−No ventilation so room felt damp after a shower. Very basic.
