+שהינו לילה אחד ללא ולא הספקנו את האורחת הבוקר כי יצאנו מוקדם בבוקר. החדר היה גדול ומרווח מאוד.

+I really enjoyed my stay! I stayed in a suite with panoramic city and pool views , a clean, cosy and comfortable room with a wonderful balcony. Convenient parking, good breakfasts and helpful staff. I loved the peace and quiet and left feeling well rested!

−Unfortunately, our stay at Radisson Blu Hotel, Larnaca was a huge disappointment. We chose this hotel expecting a high level of comfort and service worthy of its five-star rating and expensive price tag. Sadly, the reality was completely different. The hotel is noticeably outdated, especially inside. There was an unpleasant sewage smell in our room, and the water in the shower did not drain properly. Problems like these are simply unacceptable in a five-star hotel. We were also surprised that we had to specifically request basic amenities such as toothbrushes and bathrobes. At a hotel of this category, these items should be provided without guests having to ask. The breakfast was another disappointment. In my opinion, its quality and variety were barely worthy of a three-star hotel, certainly not a five-star property. The only positive aspect of our stay was a kind and understanding female manager who listened to our complaints, made an effort to help, and arranged for us to change rooms. We genuinely appreciate her professionalism and willingness to resolve the situation. However, despite her efforts, our overall experience remained extremely disappointing. My conclusion is simple

−מיקום המלון רחוק מהמרכז צריך מוניות או ללכת חצי שעה. הבריכה על הגג לא מחוממת . טסנו מוקדם בבוקר ביום האחרון אז הובטחה לנו ארוחת בוקר ארוזה ולכן לא ביטלנו, בפועל בבוקר האחרון נאמר לנו שלא אורזים ויש פינת שתיה חמה ועוגיות ותפוח זהו
