「Older NH couple.」
+The owner - who we met when we arrived - was pleasant, kind and gracious, our bedroom was exceptionally clean, quiet, and our bed very comfortable.
−Due to our age the stairs leading up to the third floor apartment were not ideal but as we only spent one night we were fine.

+Quiet and safe neighborhood. Classical Boston “triple stacka” My room was very quiet. Never saw or heard the other people.

「Dirty place not worth what they are charging」
−This place is horrible dirty smelly the bed sheets were not clean this is worst than a motel. It smelled so bad in there.

「I think that we’ll not be staying here the bed was hard and not comfortable plus the criminals and they smoke marihuana」
+The property was clean and neat but we can hear the police coming and going the entire time at night meaning it’s not a good place to stay
−Had a guest with an opened wound on her arm and back knife puncturing on her meaning she and her girlfriend were running away from the authorities here at this stay not good very scary.

+Great price for a nice stay. The room was nice and cool. Bed was comfortable. Very clean The host was accommodating. No issues at all.. All the other guests at the time were friendly and respectful. The area was nice. When we are back in the area, we'll definitely book again.

「I am requesting a refund. Space was unusable.」
−I was unable to use the room. I was by myself, with a foot-leg brace to my knee. Unable to go up 3 flights of stairs with luggage. I spoke with the owner and she agreed due to my current physical issue, the place was inappropriate for me.I am requesting a refund.
