「Great bed, bedding and ensuite. Pity about the rest.」
+Clean and tidy. Newly renovated bathroom, great pressure rain head shower. King size bed and sheets, great quality. Provided tea bags and coffee mini milk. Better than what the Pullman Hotel Sydney Airport. Quiet and had a great night's sleep.
−Apartment was like taking a step back into the early 90's. TV was old, uncomfortable couch. Pool looks old and nothing like the photos. Expensive for what is was.

「The staff were nice. The rooms tiny and train noise a bit loud. Great location for food n coffee shops」
+Location was handy and easy yo get there.
−Rooms were small, bathroom door squeaked. Exhaust fan sounded like a freight train. So loud. Heard the neighbours being sick through the walls. Outside light shone in under door. Had to put a towel there.

「Office staff very polite & professional. Apartments obviously get high use - need a facelift.」

−Room was: 'pokey' for 2 people; needed airing - smelt stale; patio needed a good hose down - was dusty and smelt from smoking.
