+Das darauf hingewiesen wurde, dass es laut werden kann, vor allem Nachts. Das Servicepersonal war bemüht ihr Chaos zu beseitigen.
−Uns wurde das falsche Zimmer zugewiesen indem schon jemand war. Die Schlüsselkarte ging am nächsten Tag dann nicht und wieder bekamen wir ein falsches Zimmer aufgespielt. Warmwasser war nicht wirklich vorhanden. Leider war die Anmerkung dass es laut ist eher untertrieben. Beim Frühstück wurde einer von uns komplett vergessen, auch nach Nachfrage kam es nicht. Später wurde sich dafür entschuldigt.

「Not very impressed」
+Location, very central, was very good. Bed was very comfortable, good bathroom.
−Small signs showing lack of proper maintenance (see the photos). Incompetent receptionist on arrival. Lighting in the room was very poor. No ceiling light, and wall lights must have had the weakest possible bulbs.

「Staff were very good」
+It was clean though lots of cobwebs on the very high ceiling . The staff were very helpful and nice.
−There was knowhere to put anything, 2 hangers on a shelf no wardrobe or rail no drawers to store anything nothing in the bathroom no towel rail , no heating the shower was awful no hanging hooks, the lighting was dull ,bedside lights flickered couldn’t use them also very dull. Swearing by a staff member to a friend in the restaurant was shocking.. the little kaifen was lovely and food good.. decaffe coffee would have been a bonus would have gone all week for breakfast if they had it . Sorry never done a bad review. I would like to go back to see if any changes in the future as its location for me was perfect. sorry
