「A great stay, out of season.」
+Well equipped, clean, comfortable, great views across the valley. Useful notes in the folder. Liked the heated bathroom floor and heated towel rail. Roomy shared lounge area. Good cooked breakfast.

「Comfy and chilled lodge, quiet with parking」
+Quiet and easy to get to, good parking, nice manager, not over the top breakfast, just a chilled lodge, not super luxe, but spacious and comfy

+Hi, I hope you are doing well. I would like to discuss our stay because we are not satisfied with the service we received. We arrived at the hotel at around 6:00 pm and found that another car was parked in our allocated parking space. We called the hotel manager three times. He asked us to use another parking spot, but when we checked, that parking area was locked with a chain. We called again and requested that it be opened, but our concern was ignored. As a result, we had to park our car about 25 minutes away from the hotel and spent nearly two hours trying to find parking. We had paid for a parking space and expected assistance from the hotel staff, especially since the issue was caused by a mistake on the hotel’s side. We are very disappointed with this experience and would appreciate an explanation and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience caused.

「Excellent」
+We had a wonderful stay! Juniper the manager was very helpful. The room was spotless, warm, and equipped with everything we needed. The hospitality was exceptional, and the food was absolutely amazing. You truly get great value for what you pay. The location is also very convenient, with a bus stop just a short walk away. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!
