+Super friendly staff, clean and great location in relation to the WSU campus.
−No hot water in the bathroom sink and parking can be tight.

+The one thing we really enjoyed at the property was the breakfast that was included with our stay. The owners and managers offered a great breakfast choice for the property considering it’s size and value for money.
−It is an older property and quite basic with its offerings. It was expensive for what it was, but being a football game weekend we understand that there are price surges.
+Quick check in the staff was really polite and there's a really good restaurant next door that was walking distance! You're right in the middle of Pullman, so everything is about a 10 minute. Walk it was perfect..

「We will stay here going forward」
+The staff, rooms, and price were all amazing. We have been staying in Moscow for the past four years at almost 400 a night and then we’re faced with no room rooms in Moscow and had to stay in Pullman and we will stay here going forward
−The breakfast only had a few items to choose from. It would be nice to have a better breakfast.
+Front desk staff member very kind and efficient. Room was terrific!
+Older hotel, but very clean and comfortable. Enjoyed our stay. Convenient location, close to WSU campus.
+"Breakfast on weekends" was on the website but was inconvenient for the temporary manager, so there was none. No grab bar or towel/robe hooks in bathroom.No coffee service in room, although there were two mugs.Old beat up 60s building BUT the shower was strong, and the mattress and bedding were comfy.
+Clean rooms. Good breakfast. Nice people. Super convenient to campus. Parking can be limited for busy weekends.
+Great breakfast , good beds, friendly staff, convenient walk to football stadium , easy in and out. Easy to everywhere.
+The hospitality was amazing! The biscuits and gravy in the morning, were made personally by the owner and were some of the best I’ve ever tasted. The staff was so inviting and welcome. It felt like home away from home. Will definitely stay there again. David and Ruthann Boise Idaho
