+The room was clean and comfy, which I liked. The only downside was that the TV remote didn’t work, and there was a table for dining but just one chair, which felt a bit incomplete. Overall, still a nice stay!
+Hotel is nice and covers all the basic needs, but our room was a family room and it was missing the bathroom door so leaves no privacy for adutls and teenagers of the opposite sex. Other than that everything else was fine.

+This was the loudest hotel I have ever stayed at in the Philippines. Beware - do not stay here if you value your sleep!

+I recently booked a one-day stay at Primeway Suites Cebu for my family and friends, and I am thrilled to share that everyone was very satisfied with the experience. +The front desk staff are untrained and rude. They lack customer service skills. We requested two keys as my companion and I share the room but to no avail. The staff are also not stationed in the front desk as they usually chit chat inside the room behind the desk. I ringed the bell and they got out annoyed that it seems I am disturbing their gossiping. The staff here are very unprofessional.
+I liked everything except when I asked for extra towel I was told I had to give them one I used first and then they would give me one. I don’t understand why that was and it felt rude to me. But other than that I liked the hotel.
+The place is clean and very accessible to restaurants and other establishments.
