「Functional, great location, ok rooms, lighting needs to improve and a desk provided.」
+Room - it delivered what the internet said it'd deliver. Simplicity. Location is perfect. everything you might need is very close by. Bed - Ok. As revenue increases - get better pillows and towels.
−Room needs a desk for travellers to be able to set up their laptop and do basic work. The white light is terrible... please think about warm wall lighting to kill the prison effect. In addition get better cupboards. Bed - Ok. As revenue increases - get better pillows and towels.

「Friendly and welcoming」
+We had a wonderful stay here! The staff was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and provided clean towels and toilet paper every day. They were also kind enough to let us store our luggage after check-out. The location is excellent with lots of supermarkets and public transport stations nearby.
