+Camera e dotazioni di recente impianto. L’hotel è situato in un bel luogo sul lago Sevan, il personale è gentile.
−La nostra camera dava verso i bidoni dell’immondizia e nei pressi della cucina. In bagno c’era un forte odore di scarico che si propagava anche negli altri spazi. la pulizia generale ha margini di miglioramento. La cucina tanto decantata nelle altre recensioni non ci è sembrata eccezionale e il costo è rilevante rispetto ad altri posti dove abbiamo mangiato meglio in Armenia.

+Очень приятная атмосфера с богатой историей достопримечательности. Приятный и отзывчивый персонал. Вкусная национальная кухня. Прекрасные окружающие виды.

「Все прекрасно」
+Красивое место, уютное пространство, доброжелательный персонал, вкусная еда Я искала уединенное место, и этот отель как раз то, что надо. Природа красивая, с удовольствием прогулялась вокруг. И я была впечатлена гостеприимством, такие приятные женщины работают, угощали лавашом :) Очень хочу вернуться сюда еще, спасибо!
−Нет такого. Возможно, дополнительная полочка в ванной нужна

−В душе вода не стирала в слив, а скапливалась в углу и постепенно испарялась, ну не критично, но не очень приятно.

+Очень уютное и красивое место! Вкусная еда в ресторане! Отзывчивый персонал! И коттеджей открывается замечательный вид на Севан и горы! Пляж великолепный Приедем снова обязательно.

+Amazing location and beach. Moderately comfortable rooms with a clean bathroom. The staff is very polite and responsive.
−The walls are too thin to put it mildly. The big minus is food... really overpriced and below par. Considering the amount one pays for a one night stay, not including breakfast is kind of outrageous.

+I recommend this accomodation to anyone visiting lake Sevan. Our room was spotlessly clean and was equipped with everything we need: small fridge, coffee and tea corner with cups, wardrobe and desk, the bed was also clean and very comfortable. We had our own bathroom. The best thing was the view from the room: windows all around, some faces the lake and some faces the mountains you are surrounded with, it is really breathtaking to wake up like this. On the property, you can find a great restaurant and café, where traditional armenian dishes are served, one of the most delicious we've tried during our 10-day travel in the country! I highly recommend to try out the whitefish (syg). Not far from the property, you can visit a traditional boat with interesting story, and just with a 5-minute walk you reach the lovely lakeside. Get prepared that the area can get pretty windy though!

「Потрясающий отдых на природе」
+Понравилось все! Отель потрясающий, вокруг чудесная нетронутая природа, шикарный длинный пляж, по которому очень приятно гулять! Плавание в Севане тоже удалось на славу) в ресторане была очень вкусная еда, приготовленная по-домашнему, сотрудницы были очень вежливы и дружелюбны. Шикарная территория и виды! Нам все очень понравилось!
